Nikos Koulouris
Nikos Koulouris advises businesses and private clients on commercial, real estate and criminal matters, combining litigation experience with strategic legal advisory and a commercially focused approach. His practice is centred on delivering practical legal solutions with precision, commercial awareness and a clear understanding of each client’s objectives.
Before co-founding AK Legal, Nikos gained extensive experience at an established Athens law firm, where he represented and advised clients across a broad spectrum of civil, commercial, criminal and real estate matters. He also served in the Legal Support Department of the Armed Forces Real Estate Development Service (Hellenic Ministry of National Defence), broadening his expertise in public sector legal affairs, property law and administrative procedures. This combination of private practice and public sector experience enables him to approach legal matters from both a commercial and institutional perspective.
Alongside his legal practice, Nikos serves as an Adjunct Professor in the MSc in Real Estate Development & Management at Metropolitan College. He holds a Master’s Degree in Law and Information & Communication Technologies (Law & ICT) from the University of Piraeus and is a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO), combining academic expertise with practical experience in technology, regulatory compliance and data protection.
His approach is guided by one enduring belief:
“The only case that cannot be won is the one never pursued.”
